All these Hybrids are bred to produce good natured, hardy and healthy birds. Egg yield and quality is high with consistently
good shell characteristics. These birds also have the added advantage of being fully vaccinated giving our customers peace
of mind.

We usually have a variety of hens to choose from which are all kept together so you can have a mixture of birds or you can have all the same breed which ever you prefer.

RHODE ROCK
The Rhode Rock in bred from a Rhode Island Cockerel and a Barred Plymouth hen. She has a beautiful shining green and purple colour to her feathers. A very hardy and placid bird.

AMBER
A prolific layer of glossy brown eggs. This bird varies in colour from white to cream with varying brown markings on them. Makes a great pet with its very friendly and inquisitive nature.

BLUE
The Blue is bred from a Maran Cockerel and a Rhode Island Red hen. A very sweet and placid bird ranging from pale to dark grey/blue.

RANGER
The Ranger is Bred from a Rhode Island Red Cockerel with a Light Sussex hen. Varying in colour from light to mahogany. An extremely friendly and cheeky bird. One of my childrens favourite.

SUSSEX
The Sussex is a lovely old fashioned style bird bred from a Light Sussex. They are pure white with black around their neck and on the tip of their tail.

SNOWBELLE
The Snowbelle is bred from a white leghorn. Laying around 300 -320 pure white eggs per year. A petite ballerina who will often end up on your shoulders.

SKYLINE
The skyline is bred from a cream crested legbar. Their colour ranges from cream/tan through to a blue/grey. They have an 80% chance of laying a blue egg the remainder of them will lay a range of pastel shades.

COPPER BLACK
A beautiful maran based hybrid. Some are jet black whilst others have copper colour feathers around the neck and chest. Laying very high quality eggs a large percentage being very dark brown

SPECKLEDY
Maran Cockerel crossed with a Barred Plymouth Rock hen. Very silky and soft to touch with a beautiful full plumage.

A Rhode Island Red based hybrid which will lay around 320 brown eggs per year. An extremely hardy and very friendly bird.
